Centennial Celebration July 2010
History of The FROGS
The FROGS are known for having fun. The FROGS Club was created on May 5, 1910 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and Wilbur C. Douglas named the club the FROGS (Friendly Rivalry Often Generates Success). The club's high purpose is to have fun. Initial meetings of the FROGS Club were held at Brandt's Bean Shop and FROGS dined on baked beans and Limburger cheese.
